Why Choose Lantex?

Why Choose Lantex?

Driven by the interplay of emerging technologies, advancements in sustainability, and consumer sentiment, the textile industry is in for an exciting year in 2025. As the industry reacts to budding trends and new opportunities to court increasingly educated shoppers, companies willing to innovate will reap the largest rewards.

This growing market becomes ever more crowded and competitive. When you're looking for a company to supply you with quality textiles for customisation, why should you choose Lantex? This edition of our blog will tell you everything you need to know.

To begin with, Lantex dates back more than 100 years. Our company was founded in 1918 in the traditional textile heartland of East Lancashire, from where we continue to operate to this day: ALL our products are proudly and lovingly made in the UK

Over the years, we have worked hard to build our reputation for producing bespoke textiles of absolute premium-quality. The skills of the previous generations have been passed down the line from then until now, growing more refined with each step.

Today, our core team of 24 employees continue to build on Lantex's unmatched reputation in the field of bespoke textile production. Together, the team have more than a century of experience and an average 'time served' of 15 years. The quality of our products and services is therefore second to none.

We recognise our responsibility to work in a sustainable manner and are committed to minimising the negative impact our operations have on the environment. This commitment is shown in many ways, including the careful management of our waste, the increasing use of non-plastic packaging materials, the incorporation of as much recycled/recyclable fabric into our products as possible and how Lantex’s products are now net zero.

Lantex is trusted by a diverse range of clients to supply products of impeccable quality and deliver exceptional customer service. These clients include many well-known brands and organisations including the National Trust, Highgrove, Ritz-Carlton, Channel 4, ITV, the BBC, Virgin, John Lewis and Disney.
