For many years, customers have asked us for the ability to produce self-made fabric ties for products such as apron ties and bag handles. With the installation of our new twin needle machine, this is now possible.

Combined with our recently introduced back tack machine, we can now manufacture stronger, more professional, and more visually coordinated textile products.

Self-made ties provide a seamless finish because they are produced using the same fabric as the main product body, creating a more premium and cohesive appearance.

One of the major advantages of this new capability is the flexibility it offers across a wide range of fabrics.

Using plain fabrics such as white cotton, natural linen, or cotton blends, Lantex can manufacture matching ties directly from the same material as the finished product. This ensures consistency in colour, texture, and quality.

Dyed fabrics can be cut and transformed into either matching or contrasting ties, depending on the desired design and finish. This gives customers greater creative freedom while maintaining production quality.

Perhaps the most exciting development is the ability to manufacture ties from digitally printed fabrics.

Customers can now select specific colours directly from featured print designs, allowing us to create perfectly coordinated ties that complement the overall product aesthetic. This opens up exciting possibilities for branded products, custom collections, and premium textile ranges.

A twin needle sewing machine is designed to create two perfectly parallel rows of stitching simultaneously. This not only improves production efficiency but also delivers a cleaner, stronger, and more professional finish.
