We often hear from new enquiries: “We’ve got the designs, but where do we start?” This post is here to answer that very question and to encourage both existing and new customers to take the first step towards creating their own collections with the help of our experienced team.

Where to Begin
Every customer is different, and that’s the beauty of working with Lantex. We pride ourselves on finding solutions and, as we like to say, there’s no such thing as a stupid question. With advances in digital printing on cottons and polyesters, it has never been easier to transform your designs into textiles. Kitchen accessories are no longer just practical - they’ve become fashion items in their own right.

Making Your Designs Work
If you’re a greetings card publisher, a ceramics company, or any creative business, you likely already have a library of designs. The good news is that Lantex has templates for all the products so you can have these sent over and start to place your wonderful designs into the templates, or, if that’s not something you’re set up to do, our team can handle it for you.

Fabrics and Samples
Once your designs are ready, the next step is selecting your base cloth. We offer a wide range of cottons, linens, linen unions, and polyesters—all available in natural and bleached shades. We always produce a full set of samples so you can be confident in the print quality and finish before production. There is a charge for this service, but our customers consistently tell us it’s money well spent.

From Sample to Production
We’ve produced samples for exhibitions and photoshoots, and many businesses have used them as a springboard into brand new markets. Once your samples are approved, full production begins here in Lancashire—­manufacturing proudly in the UK.
