Lantex has recently invested in a new computerised back-tack pattern sewing machine that stitches and secures handles and ties with exceptional precision and durability. This new equipment enables us to deliver stronger, more consistent and neater stitching on our tote bag handles and apron ties.
The upgrade results in precision finishes, fewer rejects, a more consistent appearance, and a stronger attachment overall - all while keeping production local and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. The ZJ1900DSS-0604 offers programmable back-tack patterns that provide repeatable, high-strength stitch reinforcement at critical stress points. This consistency reduces rework and improves production efficiency, allowing us to maintain competitive lead times without compromising on quality.
